One of the biggest difficulties in my life is to constantly “unleash” the power of God’s word in my life. I find in my hardest times, I often read his word the least. Even when I do, I often fail to meditate sufficiently on it. I began this blog with two purposes based on that problem: 1) I want to keep myself regularly posting as a means of constantly thinking afresh about God’s word, and 2) Hopefully this will encourage you to do the same!

hey ol’ pal! it’s been a while eh? i’m glad i stumbled upon this website. It’s good to know you’re still stirring things up in your mind, and I trust, in your world as well. I think it fitting that your picture happens to be In & Out related… I vote that it’s the real you. I wanted to leave some fingerprints here for you in honor of a shared adventure and good times. It’s too bad for the future IBEXers who will never know Todd Bolen, eh? O, b.t.w. Todd’s younger brother goes to my church - they look so similar - but they couldn’t be more different. makes me a frequent visitor of Toddbolen.com - thus my stumbling upon you. any way, cheers on this lovely site. i’m a fan.
Thank you! I’m glad you stumbled here too. I miss Todd. I really look up to him. I hope you stop by here again sometime!
Hey! Bekah told me about your blog, so I thought I’d stop by too. It really looks great (I only wish I’d heard of wordpress before starting my blog). I appreciated the posts you’ve made so far . . . thanks for sharing your thoughts. Keep running hard, friend!
Welcome to WordPress. I look forward to reading your thoughts.
David, I’m heartily encouraged to study Scripture after reading your posts. Thanks. And although I can’t say I took advantage of Todd in Ibex, I’m glad to see the strengthening he’s had on so many friends…
